Mr Neil Nicholson, manager of the Scandinavian Water Eace Company, will contest the Mount Ida seat. Mr John Ewing, well known in connection with mining matters, will also tie a candidate for the same seat in Government interest- 3J. J£. IngjUOj is mentioned as a probable candidate for Taieri.
