Lord Salisbury had an audience tfith the King on Friday and tendered his resignation as Premier, which ois Majesty accepted, and communiMr Balfour. Xhe latter had an interview with j{ r Chamberlain and consulted the other Ministers, and on Saturday Mr ffalfour had an audience with the jiao- and accepted the Premiership.
