The wool catalogued to date totals 54,522 teles, of which 49,255 bales have been sold. 'iia-rc was keen competition' at yesterday's sale for merinos, Continental buyers operating- more freeiy at top rates. Crossbreds were unchanged. The Takapu clip sold at i'id; Glonmore, at 4?; Battle Hil.l, n<l. Lead: The imports total 16,20$ tons. There are no Australian Imports. The exports total 3-lW tons. - Silver, 2/o§.
