The result of this matoh strangely coindte& with the match tr the first round between these two toams. The score was the same, obtained in the same order, and in both matches a Pitt-etreet player scored tb« Tabernacle goal. St. John's v. Tabernacle "B."—The -esult of this game was that St. John's,had *o lower their colours tor the first time, while Tabernacle "B" notched their first win. Contrary to expectations, the "B's" made the game very willing from the Htarf ar-d on more than one occasion were nearly in; however, the first spell prulod with no score, Xi the second half s-t John's forwards made determined efforts to score, but were checked by brilliant goal-kpeoinp by Brewer. Towards the close of the game Tabernacle swept down the wit.h the. rp-sv.lt that.Bullen the g-oa'keepcr and scored the winning goal. Besides those already mentioned, Baker, and Reed (backs) and Brennan arid Wilu (forwards) played well for the winners
