REDUCTION OF POSTAGE

SUVA, May 17
The stowaway found "~ on the s.s. Hauroto is not one of the Kenniffs. The man was y brought before the, magistrate this morning. He gave his name as Charles Cavill and was1 sentenced to three months' for ulaging ship's cargo. From the 26th June postage on letters within this colony will be reduced from 2d to Id, and on newspapers from Id to £d. .
