AKERS.—On May 11, 1902, at Auckland, Isabella, the beloved wife of George Akers; aged 62 years. ARNOLD.—On May 2nd, at Auckland, Rebecca, the dearly beloved wife of Win. Arnold, of Pongakawa, Bay of Plenty; aged, 49 years. ASHTON.—On Mar 14, 1902, at Wellington, Alexandra (Alick) Ashton, the beloved husband of Mary Ashton.of Auckland, late of Pollard's Opera Company. BATTY.—On April 29th, at Ponsonby Rd. Walter Stringer, the dearly beloved eldest son of James and Alice Batty, aped 37 years. BELU-On April 28th, Edmund. Bell. BILKEY.—On May 10, Ethel Daisy, eldest beloved daughter of H. and R Bilkey; aged IS years. BOYLES.—On May 2nd, at the Auckland Hospital, Henry Boyles, storekeeper, of Broken Hills, Tairua, aged 26 years. BBOWNLEB.-On April 30th, at Pukekohe, Henry Brownlee, aged 81 years. BUSH.—On Friday, 18th April, 1902, of typhoid fever, in Kalgoorlie, Edwin Faulkner, dearly beloved husband of Sidney Elvira ("Elvie") Bush. CARLTON.—At the District Hospital, on May 3, 1902, James Patrick, the dearly beloved lifth son of James and Mary Carlton, aged 14 years.—R I. P. CARLSEN —On April 4, at the residence of her parents, Great Barrier, Lily, tne beloved daughter of Thomas and Eliza Carlson; aged 19 months. CHESTER.—On April 30th, Mary, the.beloved wife of George Chester, aged 51 years, after a long and painful illness. COLEMAN.—Died at the residence of his parents, Devonport, Theodore, the beloved infant son of Thomas and Lily Coleman, aged 3 months. CROWTHER—On April 30th, at his residence, Kent-st., Grey Lynn, Albert Ernest, beloved husband of N. Crowther, and eldest son of the late W. Crowttier, M.H.R., aged 33 years. DEMPSEY —On May Ist, 1902, at Onehunga, John Frederick, the dearly beloved husband of Mary Anne Dempssy, and son of the late Martin Dempsey, of Galway, Ireland; aged 52 years. RLP. ELLIS.—At her son's residence, Alexan-dra-street, this day, Margaret, relict of the late William Ellis. Age 84 years. EVANS.—On May 13th, at her late residence, Bombay Settlement, Margaret, the dearly beloved wife of William Evans, aged 53 years, and only beloved sister of Mrs Butler, Severn-st, Khyber Pass. EVANS—On May 11th, 1902, at the residence of his brothers, J. J. and S. H. Evans, Mititai, N. Wairoa, after a short and painful illness, Joseph Brereton, dearly loved fourth son of James Poynton and Emma Evans, of Opotiki, age 23 years. His end was peace. FAULKNER.-Of typhoid fever, in Kalgoorlie, Edwin Faulkner, dearly beloved husband of Sidney ElVira (" Elvie ") Bush. FITZGERALD.—On May 10th, 1902, Hugh Robert Fitzgerald, Norfolk-st, Ponsonby, son of the late Hugh and Agnes Fitzgerald. Cambridge,' aged 41 years, FITZPATRICK.—On Sunday, 11th May, at the District Hospital, after a short illness, Alice Mary, second daughter of the late T. V. and B. F. Fitzpatrick, of Ngaruawahia. GELSTON.—On May 7, at Devonport, Agnes Hamilton, beloved wife of S. Gelston, and daughter of the late Sir Robert Boag, Belfast. (for many years commander of vessels in Green's merchant service, England) and Selina Jane Gibson, aged 12 years and 4 months. GOLDSBRO'.—On May 2, at. his residence, Remuera, Henry Edmond Goldsbro'; aged 52. HAVES.—On April 26th, 1902, at Waihopo, North Cape, Joseph William, the beloved infant son of Frank and Mary Hayes, aged 5 months and 3 weeks. JACKSON—On April 28th, at her residence, Sussex-st, Newton, Jessie, the dearly beloved wife of John Jackson, aged 39 years. Deeply regretted. JAMIESON;—On April 25, Alexander Jamieson, of Shetland.and late of Liverpool, England; aged 85 years. .TONES.-On May 7th, 1902, at her daughter's residence (Mrs James Gribblel. Severn-street, Khyber Pass, Emma Louisa, relict of the late W J. Jones, (drowned in Auckland Harbour, 1867), it- her 63rd year. LOCKWOOD.-On May 10th, 1902. at the Auckland Hosp^al, Harold, the youngest son of William Richard and Mary Lockwood, aged 16 years and 7 months. MAGEE. — At her residence Drunaniskill after a lingering illness, Anne, the beloved wife of Richard Magee, Co. Fermanagh, Ireland. McARTHUR.—At Woodside Private Hospital, on May Bth, 1902, Neil Robb, the dearly-beloved son of Neil and Jane McArthur, of Greenhill-street, Onehunga, aged 19 months. McLEOD.—On Sunday, the 27th April, 1902, at her parents' residence, Bruns-wick-st, Agnes Louisa, the dearly be-love-1, darling, and only child of William and Annie McLeod, aged 6 months.
