DUNEDIN, this day

The jury at the inquest on Fitzgerald, killed accidentally at Stfjeonards, returned .a verdict of death from exposure after the accident. Two riders were added, that the man Perry, who was with Fitzgerald when the latter fell over the cliff, made a grave error of judgment in not informing the relatives of the deceased or the police of the accident, and the jury desired that the strongest censure possible be placed upon him. They also desiredl to call the attention of the Government to vhe unprotected state of the road where the accident occurred. The coroner censured Perry accordingly.
