Sydney, this day. , A disastrous fire occurred to-day at Inverell. ~ . .
A dozen business places were . destroyed. The fire was only stopped by pulling- down adjoining' premises.
A man named Wilson and his wife, inmates of the shop where the fire started perished in the flames.
The damage amounts to between £ 12,000 and £ 15,000. .
