POLLARD OPERA COMPANY.

"The Gondoliers" was repeated at the Opera House last evening by the Pollard Opera Company. The piece went well from start to finish, and the performers were frequently applauded for their efforts. Mr Carter scored the success of the evening in his rendering of "Take a Pair of Sparkling Eyes," and was enthusiastically recalled. This evening/the company revive the popular "Maritana." Miss Lulu Evans will appear in the title role, and Mr Chas. Carter will take the part of Don Caesar, as before. On' Saturday there will be a special matinee of "The Belle of New York," and the season will close on Monday with this san^e piece.
