The balance sheet showed that the total receipts for general purposes had been £7SG 7/4, and the expenditure, including £20 12/11 overdraft at Bank of New South Wales, on April Ist, 1901, has been £836 12A, leaving a debit balance of £00 5/3. There had been a falling off in the general collections of £21 18/11, and a gratifying increase in the special collections, which had this year amounted to £80 10/9.

Rose. W. Cochrane, G, O'Halloran, jun., S. Lv Abbott, R." Lusher and S. Prouse; Auditors, Messr.^ A. B. Roberton and H. Kinder. Mr Ranson was granted leave of absence for six months.
