LONDON. April 18

Reuters Agency states that the Kwangtu rebels hold 30 towns. They are armed with Mausers and declare that the revolt is intended to overthrow the Manchu dynasty and establish a Chinese Emperor over the provinces of Kwangtu, Kwesin, and Eangtung, residing at Canton. The rebels do not intend to molest Westerners. , (Received 10.47 a.m.) LONDON, April 18. It is stated that the well-known Chinese reformers, Kwangguwei and Sungatsen, are not connected with the Kwangsi rebellion.
