LONDON, April 9.

Mr. Balfour has announced that the Government does not intend to publish the Morant and Hancock courtmartial proceeding's.

Mr. Brodrick added that it was not customary to publish statements in regard to courts-martial. Lord Cranborne said no communication had been received from Germany or the Consuls respecting tbe murder of Mr. Heese.
