Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Borough of Parnell, at an adjourned Special Meeting held on Wednesday, the 2nd day of April, 1902, and of which due notice had been given, did by Resolution pass and adopt by "Special Order1" a By-law defining the charges to be made for using the Water Supply for domestic purposes, for Water Closets, and by Meter, and denning the duties of Licensed Plumbers. A copy of such By-law now lies 'for inspection at the Borough Council Office during office hours.
