Sir Joseph Ward accompanied the Premier last night to attend the presentation of the testimonial at Christchurch to-night
Mr Carroll left for Kaiapoi to-day in connection with business under the Maori Councils Ac,t and the administration of native lands. He expects to return to Wellington to-morrow.
