DIX'S GAIETY COMPANY.
There was a good attendance at the City Hall last evening, when Dixs Gaiety Company gave a repetition of the new bill introduced on Saturday. The Howard Sisters made their re-appearance after a short period of indisposition, and were warmly welcomed and applauded for their dancing. Miss Lizzie Kirk was much appreciated; and the clever singing and dancing performance of Mr Frank Leon earned for him unstinted applause. The other artistes of the company filled their various parts capably and added largely to a most successful and enjoyable evening's amusement.
