Sir, —In last night's issue of the/ "-Star" a correspondent furnishes your readers with the aggregate marks obtained by the Wellington and Wanganui Bands in the recent contest; the said figures included marks for clean faces (shaved), clean; . boots, clean instruments, and the appearance of the individual bandsmen.
