SPEECH BY JOHN DILLON
LONDON, March 15
Mr John Dillon, M.P., in a speech at Greenock, commenting on Lord Rosebery's statement that the Irish were disloyal and not entitled to selfgovernment, asked wily in the name of God should they bie loyal.
