LONDON, March 15

Mr John Dillon, M.P., in a speech at Greenock, commenting on Lord Rosebery's statement that the Irish were disloyal and not entitled to selfgovernment, asked wily in the name of God should they bie loyal. They would never be loyal, except to a Government responsible to the Irish people. The existing Government had no claim to their allegiance: If the Irish to-morrow' were able to overthrow it by physical force they would do so.
