DEPARTURE OF Bth CONTINGENT., The Troopship SURREY will arrive early TO-MORROW , MORNING, and Is timed to leave the Wharf at 4 o'clock p.m. According to present arrangements, the Troops will have leave on shore all the morning. They will march from the ship through Queen-st. to Government House Grounds about 1 b'clock, and re-, turn about 3 o'clock. Farewell Speeches will be made by the Rt. Hon. the Premier and His Worship the Mayor before they return to the ship. Citizens are requested to make a liberal show of Bunting, and to do all in their power to give the Contingent an enthusiastic send-off." HENRY W.
