KINOGRAPHIC ENTERTAINMENT.

There was a large attendance at the Foresters' Hall on Saturday evening, when Mr Hubert, "The Daisy Man," gave a free lrinographic entertainment in connection with the disposal of his patent "Daisy" knitting machines. The programme was heartily appreciated, and the pictures produced by means of Edison's latest machine, the kinograph1, were very clear. The film exhibited included scenes from the Boer war, and numerous miscellaneous pictures, which were received with much applause. . At intervals during the evening several enjoyable selections were contributed on the theatrophone. The entertainment! will be given again this evening.
