ARBITRATION COURT.

TE AEOHA, this day
At the Court of Arbitration, on the case, McKenzie versus the King, being called, there was no appearance of either party, and the case was struck out. The claim was for £310 compensation for injuries received at the railway works, Karangahake. It is understood" the case was settled out of court.
