ANTI-GERMAN RIOTS.

ST. PETERSBURG. January 6.
A serious anti-German riot broke out at the German Consulate at St. Petersburg.
The attack was chiefly caused by Poles.
Cossack troops were called out. and dispersed the mob. not before, however, 38 were wounded.
