BRYAN AND THE BOERS.

NEW YORK, January 6
Mr W. J. Bryan, twice the Democratic nominee for the Presidency, addressing a meeting of four thousand pro-Boers at Cleveland, Ohio, said the war was costly and taught England a lesson. He urged the Boers to persist in their resistance.
