RYAN.—On January 2nd, at Papakura, the wife of D. Ryan of a daughter; both doing well.
The three men who were injured by being precipitated into the Graving Dock yesterday through "the collapse of a scaffolding were carefully examined this morning hy Dr. Collins, who found that their injuries were not so serious as was at first feared. On inquiry at the Hospital this afternoon it was reported that the men were progressing favourably, and no serious consequences are anticipated. ■■„__.._.. ._ >_
