ATHLETICS.
TE AWAMUTU AMATEUR ATHLETIC CLUB.
The annual meeting of the above club was held on Friday evening- last, and was well attended. Mr Mandeno presided. The balance-sheet submitted by the secretary showed a credit in hand of £18 16/8, and liabilities nil. It was decided to hold sports on the club's usual day, 9th November, and the programme will appear at an early date. All the old office-bearers were unanimously re-elected with the exception of a few alterations.
