Lord George Hamilton and Mr Cfiainberlain, Ijiave thanked the New Soiirth Wales and Victorian Governments for their generous and valuable services in connection with the operations in China, where each sent a naval contingent. They add that the inspection of stores carried out under their control was so efficient that there was not a single complaint.
