SYDNEY, Friday

The new four million loan shortly to be issued by the Government, will be applied to meeting the claims arising out of the Darling harbour resumption. The loan matures in 1935. The Premier states that the loan cost £3 8/9 per cent. It wouid have cost £3 10/ p£r cent, locally, and so large an amount would have disturbed the market.
