Insurance stocks continue to move upwards. South British sold to-day at 79/, and New Zeal an da were asked for at 65/. Old issue Auckland Gas were wanted at £13 4/, and Thames do. at 25/. Other shares showed little alteration. In mining shares Tairua Broken Hills sold up to 2/.) and 2/10, with further buyers at the former figure, but other stocks were unchanged.
