VOLUNTEER NOTES.
A church parade of the No. 1 Company Waikato Mounted Rifles was held on Sunday. Only twenty-four were on parade. They were accompanied by the Hamilton Brass Band, which at the conclusion of the service accompnnied them back to camp, the bandsmen being entertained at dinner. In the afternoon quite a number of people visited the camp, where light refreshments were provided for visitors. The band played a number of selections during the afternoon.
