WESTRALIAN CEREMONIES
PERTH, Monday. The Governor and Ministers officially welcomed the Duke and Duchess of Cornwall in the forenoon, and the procession passed through the gaily decorated and densely crowded streets from the railway station to the Town Hall, where the Mayor presented an address of welcome. The Duke afterwards reviewed the friendly societies, and the Chinese and Afghan procession. An official dinner took place at Government House. To-night the city was brilliantly illuminated.
