PAKURANGA HOUNDS.
The meet of the Pakuranga Hunt Club on Saturday was ut Sylvia Park. There was a good turn-out of mem: bers, who enjoyed a lengthy run round about the old Sylvia Park estate in the direction of Otahuhu, where a kill resulted. The Misses Gorrie (2), Lewis (on Tip), Bloomfield, McLaughlin, Burns, and Ben Myers (on Nil Desperandum) were prominent at the end of this run with the whip, the hounds having divided. Others riding: Mesdames Moody. Kelly, and Crowe; the Misses Rae, Stribley, and O. Buckland; Messrs. Kinloeh, Moody, Board, Waller, Purchas (2), H. Tonks, Crowe, Gorrie, Carminer, and Col. Dawson. Driving were Mrs Morrin and party, Mrs Markham and party, and Mrs Donald and party. Members and visitors were entertained at the residence of Mr J. G. Ralph, Master, with his usual hospitality.
