Liuhunyi, Viceroy of Liangkiang, with headquarters at Nanking, urges the Allies to evacuate Shanghai.
There nre persistent reports among the Chinese in Shanghai regarding an invasion of China by Mongols, fermsnted by Prince Tuan and Tung Fuhsiang.
