MANY ACCIDENTS KEfORTED
FUTURE RACING STOPPED.

BERLIN, June 30
The racing- automobiles which started on the trip from Paris to Berlin on Thursday arrived at Berlin yesterday. Fournier reached Berlin at 11.38 on Saturday morning, and met with an enthusiastic reception. He was carried shoulder high by chairmen in the midst of a huge crowd. Girardo, the second motorist, arrived at 12.5 p.m. By two o'clock fifteen competitors had iinbhed the journey. All of these motors wen; driven by benzine. Numerous accidents .occurred on the road, and aroused an outcry in Paris. M. Waklcck Rousseau, the Premier, announced that he will not allow road racing; that henceforward the limit of speed would be 20 miles an .hour.
