Wind: Gale from between north-oast and south-east at all places north of Opotiki, Taupo and Kaglan, extending soutn on the East Coast to Napier after -4 hours. Strong east to north and northwescte elsewhere. Barometer: Further fall everywh h eJ,f vv Sea: Heavy on all Bast Coast and heavy on West Coast of the South Island, but moderate elsewhere. ~ . Tides: High on the East Coast norht of East Cape, at Cape Campbell and Tlmaru, poor elsewhere. uanw On all W Test Coast rain will be heavy, also northward of the East Cape, Taupo and Raglan. Rain is also probable in nD qt narts of the country. wLnfng signals for easterly gaes are exhibited at Cape Maria and Tirltiri.
