The City Council, having received during the Royal visit £400 above the average weekly income has given bonuses ranging from .2 'to -•"> to tramway employees. Bills were passed for payment last night by the City Council in connection with the Royal reception totalling ; . 1080. Four members opposed the step as illegal.
