SUPREME COURT.
At v sitting in Chambers in the Supreme Court this morning His Honor Mr. Justice Conolly granted probate of the wills of the following deceased persons: Arthur Sullivan, Archibald Stewart, and Catherine M. Cucksey. Letters of administration were granted in re the estates of Margaret Stewart and Peter Mackie (deceased). A petition to wind up the Preeee's Point Proprietary (Hauraki), Limited, was ordered to stand up till the first sitting in Chambers after the Court of Appeal.
In re William Arrowsmith (deceased), late of Wahiku, an order was made, on the motion of Mr. E. Mahony, that the residue of the bequest of the deceased be paid to the General Trust Board of the Anglican Diocese of Auckland, for the Women's Home in Parnell, the costs to be paid by the General Trust Board. The amount of the bequest is stated to be about £10,000, an equal sum being left to the Orphans' Home, Parnell.
In re the divorce case. Brown v. Brown, leave was granted, on the application of Mr. Hanna, to serve citation out of the colony, appearance to be entered within sixty-three days after service.
