TERRIBLE FALL FROM A HORSE.
Our Woodville correspondent has sent us the particulars of a terrible, accident which happened to Mr S. J. Morgan, a young mar-, of 24, re« siding at Palmerston Road, Woo'Jville. Whilst out riding in the bush, his horse stumbled and he was thrown! heavily against a bank of earth, his leg being severely jammed between the embankment and the horse's body. When speaking of the matteE to a reporter, Mr Morgan said:— "The immediate results of my accl* dent were not nearly so severe as itß after-results. At first, I felt only, «
tingling pain in my leg, which, h<rw* ever was much swollen. But, late* on, there was ample evidence that my, system had received a severe shoclfc My health was completely undermined. I underwent medical treatment, but without obtaining a cure. Later on, I read1 how some chronic cases of ill-healthi had been cured by Dr. Williams' pink pills for pale people, so I began taking them, and. as I continued with: them, I gradually improved, suffered! less pain, and grew stronger, until a* last, by carpful perseverance, I was able to discontinue them. If I should1 ever be in need of a medicine again, I should certainly take Dr. Williams'' pink pills, which I recommend most! heartily." «
