THE LATE TROOPER DONKIN.
Trooper William Donkin, killed in action at Doomplat, South Africa, on June Ist, member of the Seventh New Zealand Contingent, was the fourth son of Mr Henry Donkin, of Taram, Thames, and grandson of the late Ualph Donkin. C.E., of Leyland parish, Lancashire, England. He was the youngest brother of Mrs J. F. Stewart, of Claremont-street; Mrs G. E. Bishop, Epsom, Auckland; . also of Mrs H. Clark and Mrs S. Fairley.
