An elderly man, James Townsend Edwards, employed at the Awatere accommodation house, miles from here, was found dead in his bed this morningl.
WELLINGTON, this day.
The executive of the Counties' Association has fixed July 16 for the opening of the Counties' Conference. About sixty Councils are expected te send delegates.
