GERMAN'S FUTURE.
BERLIN, June 20.
In his speech at Cuxhafen, the Emperor stated that Germany's future lies on the water. He urged the Hnn.seatic town to secure ne.w trade outlets. It would be his duty, he said, to protect commerce.
