(Received !).1G a.m.)
LONDON. .June 20.

At a meeting of a Committee of the House of Peers and members of the House of Commons desirous of securing heraldic recognition for Wales, Sir Win. 11arcourf assured the members that Sir Francis Knollys, private secretary to the King, had convinced him that, thoug-h no alteration of the Royal Arms was permitted, yet something would possibly be done to meet the wishes o-f Wales in connection with the coat of arms of the Prince of Wales vftien that title is revived. The Committee resolved to petition the King that recognition should be made in the arms of the Prince of Wales.
