Defended case, Archibald Grandison v. Samuel McMurray, claim £29 19/. Mr Parr, instructed by Mr Nicholson, appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr E* Mahony, instructed by Mr C. F. Griffiths, for the defendant. Plaintiff, who is a builder, made his claim against the defendant, a plasterer, in respect of work and labour done and extras supplied in connection with tne erection of a dwelling in Clifton Road, Ponsonby, and owned by defendant. The defence was that the contract was not carried out in a workmanlike manner, and that the extras were not as alleged, but formed part of the contract. His Worship reserved judgment.
