THE GRAND HOTEL FIRE.

The police were again searching yesterday and to-day in the ruins of the Grand Hotel for the remains of Mr Ayres, the missing boarder, but so far no trace of his body has been found. Mr Johnston, the licensee of the hotel, was about to-day, and was condoled with by, many friends on his sad bereavement. Mrs Johnston is still very .much., prostrated. ;;Gn; enquiry- /from the Hospital authorities to-day, we were informed that the three injured women, Misses Meyer, Boyd, and Morse were progressing- satisfactorily.
