Wind—Gale from between north and east and south east at all places north o£ East Cape, Taupo. and Raglan, moderate to strong easterly winds everywhere Barometer-Fall at all places, most north of Napier and Raglan. Sea—Heavy on eastern coast north ot East Cape; easterly swell on east coast south of Napier; moderate elsewhere. Rain will be heavy north of East Cape, Taupo, and Raglan and is probable north of Kaikoura and Hokitlka. Warning signals for easterly gates are exhibited at Cape Maria and Tiiitiri.
