Messrs Nelson Brothers this afternoon received the following cable from the Colonial Consignment Slid Distributing Compuny. London:—"There is a further fall in North Island mutton. To-day's quotations
■.'.to: Best Canterbury inutfbn. 3!} d: best Xapier aud North Island, 2i<l; lamb, tlrst quality, s§d: second. 4Jd." The American visible wheat supply is estimated ac 54,649,000 bushels.
