FATAL ACCIDENT.
SAD AFFAIR AT GISBORKE,
(By Telegraph-—Press Association.) GISBORNE, this day.
A distressing accident occurred at Maraetaha this forenoon. 'Two sons of Mr Cyril White, a well-known station manager, Herbert, aged 15, and Miles, aged 13, were out shooting- on the river bank, and it is stated commenced playing. Miles grasped the barrel of the gun, attempting-to take it from his brother, when the charge exploded, killing Mm instantly.
