SERIOUS ACCIDENT.

■ A scrioiis accident ocexured to-day at Messrs Parker, Lamb and Co.'s sawmill Freemaa's Bay, a lad named Alfred Lamer, aged 19, being severely iniurcd through falling across a circular saw while in motion. It appears that Lamer wan oiling the machinery at the time and fell on his back. He ■vvas severely cut, and was removed to rthe hospital for treatment. It will be some time before he is able to get jibout again.
