DROWNING ACCIDENT.

A3» Abou> half-past four yesterday afternoon the body of a man named James Breeu was found floating in the harbour. Dec-eased had beeii employed working on the No. 2 Jetty, and was last seen alive about ten minutes past four. It appears hs had occasion to go beneath tho wharf, and while underneath he evidently overbalanced and rnmbled into the water. Ho Is said to have been subject to 11 ts, which may account for the accident. The. body was found floating in the bar-, bour by a man named Frank Hodges, aud :• • the matter was reported to Constable A, Macrtonnell, who examined the body «nd - found nomarks of violence, Dr. Molr was caiiedin;- but life was extinct, aud the body was therefore removed to tko morgue to await the Inquest. Breen was a single maa, living with his mother in Cook-street.
