A man named John Sweeney, a jockey, has been arrested at Hastings for alleged incendiarism in connection with the burning of a four-roomed house at Hastings On Monday night. He was understood to have been abSweeney was the tenant of the house, sent for about three weeks, but is said to have been seen in the vicinity of the house a short time previous to the fire being discovered. Accused will be tried on Wednesday. '**
