COEOMANDEL, thns day.
In the Magistrate's Court this morning, before Messrs Kookliffe and James. Justices, Robert Barlow Fergusicu was fined £100 or in default. 12 raoutha* imprisonment on charges of keeping an illicit still at Kennedy's Bay. The Hon. J. A. Tole, Crown Prosecutor, conducted the case. Mr GeoA C,ttriek« shank appeared for Ferguson.
