The census returns for the Bor« ouffh of Blenheim give a, population of 3230, as against 3019 in IS9G- Avnitere Riding, with ft total of W% shows an increase of 337, which is aeeonnlted for by the influx of population on thre Starborough and Richmond-Brooke special settlements. \ DUNEDIN, Monday.
The census for Green Island gives a total ot 6G3, being an increase ot live.
